 affirms 4 classes, upgrades 2 classes & downgrades 2 classes of the following Impac SAC Sac: see Sac and Fox.

SAC - 1. An early system on the Datatron 200 series.

Impac Secured Assets Corp., mortgage pass-through certificates Pass-Through Certificates (PTCs) are instruments that evidence the ownership of two or more Equipment Trust Certificates. In other words, Equipment Trust Certificates may be bundled into a pass-through structure as a means of diversifying the asset pool and/or increasing the size , series 2000-1:

-- Class M1 upgraded to 'AAA' from 'AA'

-- Class M2 upgraded to 'AA' from 'A'

-- Class B1 downgraded to 'B' from 'BB' and removed from Rating
