Fitch Affirms 11 Classes From 3 Capital One Auto Loan-Backed Transactions.

 -- Fitch affirms eight classes of the Capital One Auto Receivables Trust (COAFT COAFT Capital One Auto Finance Trust ) 2005-B-SS and 2006-B sub-prime transactions and affirms three classes of the Capital One Prime Auto Receivables Trust(COPAR COPAR Council for the Preservation of Anthropological Records (US) ) 2005-1 prime transactions as listed below:
COAFT 2005-B-SS
--class A-3 notes 'AAA';
--class B notes 'AAA';
--class C notes 'AA';
--class D notes 'A'.

COAFT 2006-B
--class A-2 notes 'AAA';
--class A-3A notes 'AAA';
--class A-3B notes 'AAA';
--class A-4 notes 'AAA'.

COPAR 2005-1
--class A-3 notes 'AAA';
--class A-4 notes 'AAA';
--class B notes 'A+'.


The affirmations are a result of continued available credit enhancement Credit Enhancement

A method whereby a company attempts to improve its debt or credit worthiness.

Credit enhancements take many different forms. An example of a credit enhancement would be conversion rights added on to a debt instrument in order to lower the issuing
