 has taken the following rating actions on the GSAA GSAA Gwathmey Siegel Associates Architects  Trust resecuritization certificates listed below. The classes represent a beneficial ownership interest in separate trust funds, which include bonds that are on Rating Watch Negative.

GSAA 2005-R1

--Class 1A1, rated 'AAA' remains on Rating Watch Negative;

--Class 1A2 affirmed at 'AAA' and removed from Rating Watch Negative.

The rating actions were taken as part of Fitch's ongoing surveillance process of existing transactions.
