 market participants that new monthly performance information is available via the ABCP S.M.A.R.T. system, Fitch's web-based surveillance system.

For the week of Nov. 14, 2005, the following ABCP issuers in Fitch's US ABCP SMART system were updated:

ABCP S.M.A.R.T. provides a detailed and consistent reporting format for U.S. ABCP performance data. ABCP S.M.A.R.T. consists of three modules: the Conduit Surveillance module presents issuer reports, the Search Engine provides users the ability to sort through Fitch-rated programs by a single or multiple characteristics, while the Report Builder feature enables users to generate customized reports to compare and contrast conduit characteristics. Fitch rates 175 ABCP issuing entities globally.
