Fishtrader Yearbook 1992.

This yearbook was first published in 1987 and since then it has been kept up-to-date every year to provide information for all those with an interest in the fish business.

To make it even more informative, it is divided into several parts - the Retail handbook, Seafood directory, Equipment, sundries and services directory, and Directory of trade and technical organisations. Perhaps the first part is of less interest to may of our readers but it does discuss the market and the practices used in it. The second part lists seafood suppliers, brand names, gives a product-by-product buyer's guide and identifies the inland wholesale markets.

The third section lists suppliers for processors, retailers and friers and it is most informative directory. Finally, the publishers have thoughtfully listed the various trade and technical organisations that are concerned with this industry.
