"Fish & Shellfish Grilled & Smoked" is the collaborative effort of culinary experts Karen Adler (President of Pig Out Publications, a barbecue/grilling book publisher and author of eleven cookbooks) and Judith M. Fertig (writer of a weekly cooking column for the 'Kansas City Star' and an award winning author of four previous cookbooks). This specialized, 408-page cookbook focuses on providing the kitchen cook with a wealth of three hundred superbly crafted recipes on all manner of fish and shellfish, plus easy-to-follow recipes for rubs, marinades, sauces, and side dishes. From Lemon-Pepper Crusted Cod; Grilled Pompano with Lime and Olive Oil olive oil, pale yellow to greenish oil obtained from the pulp of olives by separating the liquids from solids.
