Fiserv, Inc. (Nasdaq: FISV FISV Fiserv, Inc (stock symbol) ) announced today that Bob Beriault has been named President of the newly formed Fiserv Securities and Trust Services Group, effective April 30, 2002. Beriault is currently President of the Securities Group and will assume the additional responsibility for the company's trust services operations.

Management of the businesses within the group will form two new divisions, with both Division Presidents reporting directly to Beriault.

Larry Donato will serve as Division President of the Securities Division, in addition to his responsibilities as President and CEO of Fiserv Securities, Inc. Terry Reitan will become Division President of the Trust Division, while continuing as President and CEO of First Trust Corporation.

Walt Koller has been named to the newly created position of Chief Technology Officer of the Securities and Trust Group. Denny Donnelly will become Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)
