:FISV FISV Fiserv, Inc (stock symbol) ) today announced that its recently acquired CUIG CUIG Credit Union Interchange Group  unit has changed its name to better reflect its key attributes. The new name, IntegraSys, embodies the unit's core strengths - building long-term client relationships and delivering a comprehensive portfolio of integrated solutions that help clients accelerate growth and drive business efficiencies.

IntegraSys was inspired by one of the hundreds of employee ideas submitted since Fiserv acquired the organization in July, Butler said. Customers learned about the new name at Visions, the organization's annual user conference in Orlando, Florida The city of Orlando is a major city in central Florida and is the county seat of Orange County, Florida. According to the 2000 census, the city population was 185,951. A 2006 U.S. , which closes today. IntegraSys will use the new name in its fall and 2004 advertising campaigns.

Fiserv completed the acquisition of IntegraSys and its products from Electronic Data Systems Corp. in July 2003. IntegraSys currently provides IT services - including core data processing data processing or information processing, operations (e.g., handling, merging, sorting, and computing) performed upon data in accordance with strictly defined procedures, such as recording and summarizing the financial transactions of a , transaction processing Updating the appropriate database records as soon as a transaction (order, payment, etc.) is entered into the computer.
