Case Study

A regional retail bank came to First Marketing with a challenge. The bank's two-page quarterly newsletter needed a fresh, updated look, but the client's budget didn't allow for upgrades. First Marketing's creative team suggested an innovative solution: Fold the same-size paper in half to create a mini four-page publication. This format gave the piece a unique look--without additional costs. The new style was a big hit with the client and customers.

When the client wanted to freshen up their website, they again looked to First Marketing. First Marketing recommended creating an online version of the printed publication, including interactive tools (such as calculators) to prompt visitors to stay longer and educate them about the bank's products and services. Other enhancements include an online Resource Center featuring archived hack issues of the newsletter and eye-catching banner ads.
