Sort level control, support for Standard Mail letter trays on pallets and drop shipping discount calculation support are some of the most powerful features of the new MLOCR Presort 3.40.

Sort level control, combined with hardware partners' bin control software, enables mailers to better manage when mail containers for optional sort levels such as five- and/or three-digit destinations are created.

Support for Standard Mail letter trays on pallets enables businesses to more efficiently manage the building, storage, and movement of tray mailings within their facilities and through transportation to point of entry with the USPS. Substantial savings can be achieved through reductions in manpower, increased efficiencies in mail movement and storage operations.

The MLOCR Presort 3.40 drop shipment postage calculation option for Bulk Mail Centers (BMC)/Sectional Center Facilities (SCF) enables users to specify BMC, Auxiliary Service Facilities (ASF) or SCF destinations. When specified, MLOCR Presort will calculate the correct postal discounts and create letter trays with all supporting documentation and labels necessary for mail acceptance of Standard Mail.
