Technical/engineering company, The Dome-Tech Group, and law firm, Gordon & Rees, are sharing the 23rd floor--approximately 15,000 s/f space--of 90 Broad Street; each tenant is in 7,500 s/f.

"It was really an exciting opportunity for Aragon to work with Kent Swig and vice president and director of construction Darren Schumer because of their aggressive approach to filling tenants downtown," said Aragon executive vice president Richard Hartz, who worked in conjunction with his project management team.

Acting as construction manager for the project, Aragon Construction began work in mid-September and finished October 31--just six weeks.

"It was really an exceptional feat to complete this project in such a short amount of time, and that was achieved largely in part because of our phenomenal support staff, whose coordination allowed everything to go smoothly," said Aragon president Alex Getelman.

Kleinberg Design Associates, a space planning and interior architecture firm servicing landlords, brokers and businesses throughout the New York tri-state area There are a number of places in the United States known as tri-state areas where three states or holdings meet at one point (a tripoint), or in proximity to each other. The two most well-known are for the New York and Chicago metropolitan areas. , Aragon Construction transformed the floor--which had no existing infrastructure in place--into two sleek and sophisticated office spaces.

The newly-constructed offices feature custom millwork throughout, glass walled conference rooms and custom mahogany mahogany, common name for the Meliaceae, a widely distributed family of chiefly tropical shrubs and trees, often having scented wood. The valuable hardwood called mahogany is obtained from many members of the family; in America and Europe it is imported for  wood doors. Aragon restored the floor's existing marble lobby, and revamped the bathrooms with mosaic tile, new vanities and full height built-in mirrors.
