Washington Park was the name given to two different major league baseball parks in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, located at 3rd St.
 has opened the building's newly renovated executive suites and signed its first tenant, The Trust for Public Land.

The suites, designed as headquarters space rented on a monthly basis, span 7,000 s/f and are comprised of 8 interior administrative offices and 17 perimeter offices, including an 8-office connecting suite. The Trust for Public Land will occupy two of the perimeter offices.

Tenants at the 1 Washington Park Executive Suites will enjoy all the comforts of a conventional office environment together with the flexibility not available in a traditional office lease in terms of the length of contract and size of space.
