First tenant at NYT building signs lease for 100,000 s/f.Forest City Ratner Companies has announced its first tenant for the New York Times building The New York Times Building is a skyscraper on the west side of Midtown Manhattan, New York that was completed in 2007. It has signed an approximately 100,000 s/f lease with Seyfarth Shaw LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol , a national law firm with more than 650 attorneys.
