In any industry, steady growth can be attributed to successful communication with customers and keeping abreast to the latest trends and technological advances. Customer service is of great importance in any service oriented o·ri·ent

When Bob Savino's only son announced his intentions to become a doctor, it hardly occurred to him tha this daughter may be the next ideal candidate to groom for the family business. Starting out in college as part time office help my duties remained clerical until I obtained a bachelors degree in marketing and management from New York Institute of Technology The function of higher education was highly debated at the time. There was growing concern that American schools and colleges were failing to meet critical national demands, particularly the need for scientists, engineers, and high-level technicians. .

The coin operated laundry business has become increasingly competitive, experience as well as innovative thinking have become essential tools of the trade. When I started the business my father made it clear that I would not be starting in a top position. I was required to work my way through the ranks. By experiencing such diversified diversified (di·verˑ·s  duties, I was able to encompass all avenues of the business. Happy not to obtain any special treatment, this is how I was able to derive an understanding of how the organization operates. I am proud to say I reached the top by earning the position, not inheriting in·her·it

 I knew this business was for me. My overall goal has been to make Automatic Industries a larger more prosperous organization. Although I still strongly believe what my father has taught me, it is quality of service that counts, not the quantity of machines a company has.
