First class deal in Bethesda.


Sonnenblick-Goldman Company, serving as exclusive financial advisor to Rockwood Capital Corp. and the Meridian Meridian (mərĭd`ēən), city (1990 pop. 41,036), seat of Lauderdale co., E Miss., near the Ala. line; settled 1831, inc. 1860.  Group, has arranged a $76 million, floating-rate, first mortgage from Goldman Sachs The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., or simply Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) is one of the world's largest global investment banks. Goldman Sachs was founded in 1869, and is headquartered in the Lower Manhattan area of New York City at 85 Broad Street.  for the acquisition of the Hyatt Regency Regency, in British history, the period of the last nine years (1811–20) of the reign of George III, when the king's insanity had rendered him unfit to rule and the government was vested in the prince of Wales (later George IV) as regent.  Bethesda in Maryland Maryland (mâr`ələnd), one of the Middle Atlantic states of the United States.
