First US-China summit.


The first US-China Real Estate Summit will take place in New York City New York City: see New York, city.
New York City

City (pop., 2000: 8,008,278), southeastern New York, at the mouth of the Hudson River. The largest city in the U.S.
 from Oct. 15-1.

Organized by US-China Economic Relations, Inc., 20 companies from China and 50 companies from America are expected to participate.

The Summit will address issues facing Chinese real estate entrepreneurs. Panels will discuss structuring real estate investments in China, developing Chinese real estate business model, co-venturing with Chinese companies Chinese owned companies can be defined as enterprises within mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and the Republic of China (Taiwan):
  • List of companies in the People's Republic of China
  • List of companies in Hong Kong
  • List of companies in Macau
 and the legal framework for investing in China.
