First Quality to move into old IP mill.


First Quality Products Inc., McElhattan, Pennsylvania, USA, will begin operations in the vacant International Paper mill in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania Lock Haven is a city in and the county seat of Clinton County,GR6 Pennsylvania, United States. Lying near the confluence of the West Branch Susquehanna River and Bald Eagle Creek, it is the principal city of and is included in the Lock Haven, , which closed more than two years ago. The mill will be completely rebuilt. The newly formed company plans to enter the consumer tissue market beginning in the third quarter of 2004.
