LOCKPORT, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 12, 2001

Bisgrove joins the board following the November 3, 2000 acquisition of Cayuga Bank by First Niagara Financial Group, Inc. In addition to his membership on the First Niagara board, Bisgrove will continue to serve on Cayuga Bank's board of directors. Cayuga Bank is now a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.

Bisgrove attended John Carroll University The university is organized into three schools including two undergraduate colleges: the College of Arts and Sciences and the Boler School of Business, and one graduate school, each defining its own academic programs under the auspices of the Academic Vice President.  for undergraduate studies and Northwestern University for continued studies in transportation. Residents of the Town of Owasco, N.Y., he and his wife, Marsha, have 5 children and 11 grandchildren.
