First Lady Kitty V. Griffin Hailed as Mover/Shaker in Church, International Communities; Recent Women's Conference Drew Record Numbers Seeking Empowerment Through Excellence.

Progressive Women of Excellence, Inc. (PWOE, Inc.), a nonprofit organization dedicated to female empowerment, continues to promote and contribute to the excellence of women not only in Northern California, but across the nation. The organization's recent national women's conference (entitled Women of Greatness) drew a record number of attendees seeking spiritual and professional guidance and excellence. The conference featured workshops, keynote addresses, and musical performances by some of the gospel recording industry's most talented artists. Conference organizers are already planning for next year's event in Sacramento.

PWOE, Inc. could not have accelerated to its current standing without the leadership of its visionary founder and Executive Director, First Lady Kitty V. Griffin. An anointed singer, songwriter, teacher and minister in the Body of Christ, Lady Griffin travels across the nation to minister on excellence in leadership, and raising Children of Destiny, the title of her new national publication. She is the mother of ten children, successfully raised in a blended family with her husband Bishop Yardley W. Griffin, Sr., the Lead Servant of Greater Faith Church in Sacramento. Lady Griffin also serves as State Director of the FGBCF, Daughters of the Promise, of Northern California.
