First Guardian Financial Corporation Agrees to Acquire & Develop Buysellmerge.com.

 -- First Guardian Financial Corporation (PK: FGFC FGFC First Guardian Financial Corporation (New York) ) today announced that it has agreed to acquire the rights to & develop Buysellmerge.com.

The company said Buysellmerge.com would be operated as a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.

Notes:
In other words, the parent company owns the company outright and there are no minority owners.
 of First Guardian, and will be developed as a sponsor/advertiser and premium member supported portal directed towards the merger & acquisition and related industry services. The company intends to spend up to $1,000,000 dollars to create/develop and market the portal.

The Company will name a President & COO (Cell Of Origin) See mobile positioning.  for this acquisition/subsidiary within the next thirty days at that point work on the development of the portal will start immediately.
