First Data names Kutner Chief Operating Officer of Mutual Fund Services unit.

, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 19, 1995--First Data Corp. (NYSE:FDC) today announced that Jack P. Kutner would become Chief Operating Officer of The Shareholder Services Group (TSSG TSSG - Telecommunications Software & Systems Group

), effective immediately.

Kutner, currently Executive Vice President of TSSG, will report to Robert J. Levenson, the FDC Executive Vice President responsible for the unit's operations.

"Jack is an experienced and talented executive with more than 15 years experience in the mutual fund industry," Levenson said. "He is well-suited to lead TSSG to new levels."

Kutner, 37, will be responsible for the unit, whose services include shareholder record keeping, fund accounting and administration, print/mail, retirement plan processing and marketing and distribution services to the mutual fund industry.

Robert F. Radin, 42, will be leaving the company in the next few months to pursue an advanced degree in Business Administration, with the goal of teaching at the university level. Until then, Radin will serve as a consultant to TSSG.

The Shareholder Services Group, based in Boston, provides services to funds with more than $340 billion in assets under management and acts as transfer agent for over 12 million shareholder accounts.
