First Data International Completes Acquisition of GZS and Expands Its Position in the German Market; New Shareholder Offers GZS Clients Access to an International Product Portfolio and Increased Competitiveness.


FRANKFURT, Germany -- First Data International, a leader in electronic commerce and payment services around the world, has completed the acquisition of GZS GZS Gospodarska Zbornica Slovenije
