First Convergys Service Bureau Deployment of Geneva Software Supports Compaq's iPAQ Mobile Solutions.

Convergys Corporation (NYSE:CVG), the global leader in integrated billing and customer care services, announced today a three-year service bureau contract to provide billing and customer care services to Compaq Computer Corporation (NYSE:CPQ), a leading global provider of enterprise technology and solutions.

Convergys' Geneva(TM) Active Revenue Management (ARM) software is now operational for Compaq, billing for wireless services associated with Compaq's iPAQ Pocket PC and iPAQ BlackBerry devices. Convergys also provides bill inquiry and activation customer care support for the Texas-based company, which will continue to move billing for corporate iPAQ Mobile Solutions accounts to Geneva throughout the first quarter.
