Recent corporate developments which were made possible by the 1995 corporate restructuring efforts, include: --Over the nine month period between December 31, 1994 and September 30, 1995, First Colonial's reported assets increased from approximately $2.4 million to $11.0 million. During the same period, total shareholder equity improved from a deficit of $16,300 to a surplus of approximately $8.2 million. --For the quarter ending on September 30, 1995, First Colonial reported a 25% increase in revenues. Third quarter revenues were $1,109,115 compared to $886,628 for the same period a year ago. First Colonial's loss per share decreased to $0.019 a share from $0.023 a share for the same period a year ago. --For the nine month period ending on September 30, 1995, First Colonial reported a profit of $11,283 compared to a loss of $329,284 for the same period a year ago. --First Colonial's investment divisions - First Colonial Funds, Ltd. and Colonial Funds, Limited - have already signed three contracts to provide an aggregate of $38 million in funding in 1996; First Colonial intends to generate a total of $70 million in funding throughout 1996. --First Colonial has retained a public relations public relations, activities and policies used to create public interest in a person, idea, product, institution, or business establishment.
