Ben Wheeler is the branch manager of First Colebrook Bank's new full-service office in Portsmouth. Wheeler comes to FCB from Citizens Bank, where he served as business banking officer at several Seacoast branches. Also, Amy E. Wheeler has been promoted to vice president, branch administration and marketing at FCB. She has been with the bank since 2005, and has extensive experience in the bank industry as well as serving with several community business and leadership organizations.
