First Coastal Bancshares Declares Dividend.


LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 1, 1998--On March 20, 1998, the board of directors at First Coastal Bancshares declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16875 per share to the shareholders of Series A 10 percent cumulative convertible preferred stock.

The dividend is payable April 15, 1998, to holders of record on March 31, 1998.
