New Retainer-based Technology Support Service hits the market...

Jon Kozuch, President of First Chair Technologies, announced today the introduction of a high-level retainer-based Technology Support Service offered to Chicagoland organizations. These services include Year 2000 (Y2K) compliance testing of hardware and off the shelf software, scheduled network preventative maintenance services, and guaranteed on-call support. Mark Livings, VP of First Chair Technologies, will lead this entity. Prior to joining First Chair, Mark was Manager of Distributed Computing Services at Quaker Oats for five years.

Promotions

Pat Feldner, Director of Data Center Services, has been promoted

to Chief Technology Officer. Previously, Pat spent nine years at

Chicago Title and Trust as Manager of Networks and Technical

Services.

Paul Mallon has been elevated to Director of Sales. Paul has been

with the company for over two years as the sales manager. His

experience over the past fifteen years includes sales and account

management, with multiple platform business applications and

services.

Additions

Bob Marks has recently joined the First Chair team as Director of

Marketing. Bob brings nineteen years of multiple industry sales

and marketing management experience to this position.
