 Aerospace Products International, Inc. ("API"), a leading provider of innovative distribution and supply chain services for the aviation industry worldwide, announced today that James Howell has been named to the position of Chief Financial Officer effective October 1, 2007.

In making the announcement, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  Aaron Hollander said: "Jim brings to the company over 30 years of experience in public accounting, management advisory services, and financial executive leadership for mid-sized public and private companies operating in the US and internationally. In addition, he brings significant experience in the development and utilization of financial and operational metrics to optimize performance levels."

Mr. Howell most recently provided executive financial management services to private and public companies in the technology and airlines industry and served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Third Party Solutions, the largest processor of workers' compensation pharmacy claims for community pharmacies in the US.

Previously, Mr. Howell served as engagement partner for BDO Seidman, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  in their Memphis office and managed the Management Advisory Services group for Pannell Kerr Forster's Memphis, Tennessee and Greensboro, North Carolina “Greensboro” redirects here.
