First Atlantic Commerce Agreement With HNC Software Offers E-Merchants Advanced Internet Fraud Protection Solution.

First Atlantic Commerce Thursday announced an agreement with HNC Software Inc. (Nasdaq:HNCS) that will help protect e-commerce merchants from the risks of card-not-present transactions over the Internet.

First Atlantic will offer its customers HNC's leading eFalcon(TM) Internet bank card fraud detection system. The two companies will work together to market secure, turnkey e-commerce and fraud detection solutions to the international market.
