Firms relocate to 17 State. St.

Negotiations have just been completed for the new headquarters of Woodward & Associates, Inc. at Seventeen State Street, where the firm will occupy 3,624 square-foot facilities in an expansion from its previous location at One Wall Street.

The securities trading and portfolio management firm will occupy a portion of the 26th floor on a long-term lease.

Woodward was represented by Barry Zeller of Koeppel Tener Riguardi, Inc. V.J. Peters Associates, L.P. acted on behalf of the building ownership, Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association (TIAA), as exclusive leasing agent.
