 recently completed a 34,253 s/f lease at 115 Moonachie Avenue, a 168,800 s/f warehouse and office facility in Moonachie, New Jersey Moonachie is a borough in Bergen County, New Jersey, in the Hackensack River Watershed. As of the United States 2000 Census, the borough population was 2,754.

Moonachie was incorporated as a borough by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on April 11, 1910, from portions of
 on behalf of Recall Total Information Management, Inc.

Michael J. Pembroke, senior vice president--leasing and marketing, Russo Development, represented the landlord, Jim Bob Jim Bob is the stage name for the London born writer and musician best known as the singer of indie punk band Carter USM. Biography

 Taylor, principal, and Mitchell Katz, vice president, Trammell Crow F. Trammell Crow (born June 11, 1914, in Dallas, Texas) is an American property developer who created several famous projects, including Dallas Market Center, Peachtree Center (Atlanta, Georgia), and San Francisco's Embarcadero Center.  Company, represented the tenant in this transaction.

115 Moonachie Avenue is a 168,8000 s/f office/ ware ware See Groupware, Hardware, Shareware, Software.  house building located in New Jersey's Meadowlands marketplace.

Recall Total Information Management, Inc. is leasing 32,039 s/f of warehouse and 2,214 s/f of office space, where they plan to use the facility for general services associated with record storage and archiving, record management and document destruction.
