The new offices are located at 2 Executive Drive, Suite 660 in Fort Lee. From here, Metro Commercial is perfectly positioned to represent retail expansion, for marquee retailers in the North Jersey corridors, while also giving the company easy access to properties throughout the New York metropolitan area, including Manhattan, Long Island, and Connecticut.

To ensure the success of the new office, Metro Commercial brought on Jeff Lagowitz as principal of the Fort Lee office. Lagowitz has more than 16 years of broker experience in the North Jersey region, and will be advising many national retailers on their site selection in Central and Northern New Jersey, including PETsMART, Sports Authority Sports Authority is the USA's largest full line sporting goods retailer. The company is headquartered in Englewood, Colorado. It operates over 400 stores in 45 U.S. states under the Sports Authority name. Total sales for the fiscal year ending January 29 2005 were $2.44 billion. , Balducci's, FedEx Kinko's FedEx Kinko's is a chain of stores that provide printing, copying, and binding services. Many FedEx Kinko stores also provide video conferencing facilities. The primary clientele consists of small business and home office clients.  and Cosi. Before joining Metro Commercial, Lagowitz was managing director for both Garrick-Aug Associates and for Robert K. Futterman and Associates.
