Firm recognized for using ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel.


Cappelli Enterprises, one of the region's premier real estate development companies, has received the Green Seal Award from the Federated Connected and treated as one. See federated database and federated directories.  Conservationists of Westchester County (FCWC) in recognition of the company's implementation of clean air programs. Cappelli was recognized for its use of the cleaner burning ultra low sulfur diesel fuel and the new, cleaner 2005-2006 construction equipment at its Renaissance Square construction site at 221 Main Street in downtown White Plains.

"FCWC recognizes Cappelli Enterprises' 221 Main Street construction site as a model for clean, healthy construction sites. They have set an exemplary standard for all developers to follow, and are doing their part with regard to reducing air pollution from off-road sources, therefore safeguarding public health, including that of their construction workers," said Herbert Fox, President of FCWC.
