Firm on E-street after ACC build-out.

ACC Construction has completed the build-out of a 5,000 s/f retail branch for E'Trade Financial Corporation at 428 Central Park Avenue in Scarsdale, NY, announced Michele Medaglia, president and CEO of the Manhattan-based construction management and general contracting firm and certified Womanowned Business Enterprise (WBE).

The 16-week project included demolition work, installation of new partitions and ceilings, millwork, plumbing, electrical and mechanicals.

In addition, the build-out entailed the construction of a new reception area with limestone floor tiles, conference room, IT room, three private offices, open area office space, conference room, pantry, workroom, bathrooms and ATM area. Throughout the buildout. ACC worked hand-in-hand with the stellar project management team from CB Richard Ellis.

"This was a complete interior buildout in which we demolished an existing space to create E*Trade's branded facility," pointed out Medaglia. "The work moved fluidly and the client was extremely pleased with the results."

E*Trade Financial Corporation provides services that include trading, investing, banking and lending for retail and institutional customers. It is well known for its services online, but has retail branches in 13 states nationwide.
