Firm is now a fixture in Hauppauge.


Premier Store Fixtures, undertaking a considerable expansion, will move its assembly operations into the former A.W. Sperry See Unisys.  Industries Inc. plant in Hauppauge as a result of a deal arranged by the commercial real estate service firm Sutton Sutton, outer borough (1991 pop. 164,300) of Greater London, SE England. It is mainly residential, but plastics, chemicals, radio components, and paper goods are produced. The areas of Sutton were mentioned in the Domesday Book.  & Edwards Inc./TCN Worldwide.

Premier, which manufactures retail fixtures, will occupy 32,275 s/f at 245 Marcus Ave., Hauppauge

The building, which sits on 2 1/2 acres, was purchased for $3.25 million by Nelson Goodman Henry Nelson Goodman (7 August 1906, Somerville, Massachusetts – 25 November 1998, Needham, Massachusetts) was an American philosopher, known for his work on counterfactuals, mereology, the problem of induction, irrealism and aesthetics. , the owner of Premier, which also operates in a 55,000-s/f facility at 110 Emjay Boulevard, Brentwood, NY, The seller was J&L Realty realty n. a short form of "real estate." The sale was arranged by Sutton & Edwards Senior Director Jeffrey Schwartzberg.

A.W. Sperry, a manufacturer of electrical test meters for do-it-yourselfers, vacated the building in June.

The company was acquired in December 2004 by Milwaukee-based Actuant Corp. J&L, the seller, is a company owned by former A.W. Sperry principals.
