Firm consolidates at new 400,000 s/f Fairfield complex.


McBride Corporate Real Estate/ CORFAC International recently completed a 418,000 s/f lease at 300 Fairfield Road in Fairfield, New Jersey.

Middle Atlantic Products, Inc. will utilize this newly constructed building as their corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility, in addition to handling the company's warehousing and distribution operations.

The facility features 28-foot clear ceiling heights in the warehouse and manufacturing area, multiple dock doors and 40,000 square feet of corporate office space.
