 Williams New Jersey recently represented Acosta, Inc. in a 38,438 s/f lease at 3 University Plaza in Hackensack, New Jersey.

Acosta, a marketing, sales and service company, plans to use the entire second floor space as their regional headquarters.

3 University Plaza is a six-story, 216,403 s/f Class A office building located in Bergen County. Located minutes from Routes 4 and 17 and the Garden State Parkway The Garden State Parkway is a 172.4-mile (277-km) limited-access toll parkway that stretches the length of New Jersey from the New York state line at Montvale, New Jersey, to Cape May at the southern tip of the state. Its name refers to the state nickname, the "Garden State". , Reckson University Plaza offers nearby access to the George Washington Bridge George Washington Bridge, vehicular suspension bridge across the Hudson River, between Manhattan borough of New York City and Fort Lee, N.J.; constructed 1927–31. It is one of the longest suspension bridges in the world.  as well as numerous hotels, restaurants and retail venues. The property includes a newly renovated lobby and common areas and such amenities as 24-hour card access, on-site cafe, high-speed Internet connectivity and modular HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) In the home or small office with a handful of computers, HVAC is more for human comfort than the machines.
