Firm's longterm lease at Flatiron landmark.A major retail lease transaction has been completed in the Flatiron Graphic & Design Center at 22 West 22nd Street off Fifth Avenue. Photo stores, a Chicago based company with 31 locations throughout the US and Europe has leased headquarters for their New York New York, state, United StatesNew York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of operation. Calumet has rented 16,000 s/f on a long term lease on three levels, including the ground floor, lower level and the entire 2nd floor at 22 West 22 Street.
