OTC See over-the-counter market (OTC). : FATS) announced today the receipt of a US Navy contract award worth approximately $1.5 Million to provide 15 small arms trainers and 182 weapons simulators to support the Navy's individual training program in CNET (Chief of Naval Education and Training) organizations. The purchase was made utilizing FATS General Services Administration The General Services Administration (GSA) was established by section 101 of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (40 U.S.C.A. § 751).
