OTC See over-the-counter market (OTC). : FATS) announced today the receipt of a US Navy contract award worth approximately $1.5 Million to provide 15 small arms trainers and 182 weapons simulators to support the Navy's individual training program in CNET (Chief of Naval Education and Training) organizations.
