The good news is McDonald Equipment Company, working with the manufacturer, developed a new air cleaner kit for the water pump's Deutz 912 diesel engine. The kit (Items 1-19) includes the air hose elbow. Until an NSN is available, order the kit directly from McDonald Equipment Company. They work with Army units on a regular basis and accept the Government Purchase Card. Order the kit with part number TAC-22002183 by calling Ms. Dodi Fulajtar, (800) 589-9025.
