More than 4,600 resumes are currently posted on IABC's online Job Centre. Job seekers create a resume using a simple online form. Employers can search the resume database--at no charge--by location, industry, skills and other variables, but do not initially have access to the job seeker's name and contact information.

After selecting a candidate who fits the opening, the employer submits a position description through the Job Centre, which notifies the job seeker. If he or she is interested in the position, the Job Centre releases the candidate's name and contact information to the employer, who is then charged a contact fee of US$35. The Job Centre effectively connects employers with applicants who meet the position requirements and also show an interest in the opportunity. Visit www.iabc.com/jobs.
