FINANCIALS TO BE RESTATED. PT Holdings Co. Inc., Port Townsend, Washington, USA will restate its 2002 and 2003 financial statements following a re-audit by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. The re-audit evaluated whether accounting for replacement spare parts inventories was within generally accepted accounting principles
