FinancialWeb.com, Inc. announced today that it has filed its response to the comments issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding its Form 10-SB filing, which became effective on June 15, 1999.

As of August 6, 1999, FinancialWeb will have a temporary trading symbol Trading symbol
