Financial veteran moves to Digital Insight.

PAUL J. Pucino has been named the new executive vice president and chief financial officer at Calabasas-based Digital Insight Corp., effective in late January. A twenty-year veteran of financial and corporate development, Pucino had previous served as the senior vice-president and chief financial officer lot Tekelec, also headquartered in Calabasas.

"Digital Insight offered me an excellent opportunity. I was excited with their business model and the opportunity to go forward, it would have taken an exceptional opportunity to get me to leave Tekelec," Pucino said. "I look forward to working closely with Digital Insight's senior management team and developing a strategic plan."

At Tekelec, Pucino had been responsible for all financial functions of the company, helping to executive several successful acquisitions and a strategic divestiture. Additionally, he led a public offering of convertible notes and managed the company's relationships with the investment community.

Prior to joining Tekelec, Pucino served as CFO at Scour.com and prior to that, was the vice-president of strategy and new ventures for Galileo International before its merger with Cendant Corporation.
