Financial firms make their way to DUMBO.

Hudson Castle Group Inc, Sequoia Commercial Realty Group, and QTS Asset Management, LLC have all leased space at 45 Main Street in DUMBO.

These new leases add financial presence into the already thriving business community of DUMBO.

Hudson Castle Group Inc., which occupies 357 s/ f of space at 45 Main Street is a financial consulting firm that develops new products and executes funding and capital management solutions.

Sequoia Commercial Realty Group is an investment banking firm that provides financing for real estate transactions. They have leased 1,215 s/f of space at 45 Main Street for a period of three years.

QTS Asset Management, LLC, a financial services firm that runs models for automatic trading over arrays of computer machines, has leased 357 s/f of space at 45 Main Street for three years.

Chris Havens and Caroline Thebaud represented Two Trees for all three of the new business leases. NestSeekers represented Sequoia Commercial Realty Group, there were no brokers for QTS Asset Management and Hudson Castle Group Inc.
