The UDA is a hybrid platform that delivers the best capabilities of both the standalone desktop and Web-based applications in a single tool.

The UDA enables financial service representatives to work in connected and disconnected modes with the same robust capabilities and user interface. When the representative is operating in connected mode, he has access to cases stored locally as well as on a centralized server and is able to effortlessly synchronize the two. When operating in disconnected mode, the representative has access to the full application functionality for creating, modifying and saving those cases, as well as the ability to print to a local printer.

Since client data is centrally stored in a secure IT environment, financial service firms can also perform data mining and reporting on client and advisor data with the UDA platform.
