Perfect Building Maintenance has won janitorial and maintenance contracts for One State Street Plaza at 44 Whitehall Street and The Cunard Building at 25 Broadway, both owned by The Wolfson Group. The maintenance company began working in the buildings on March 1, 2006.

"These are two of New York's finest office buildings and one of the city's most savvy landlords," said Scott Mager, chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
