Finance firm at home in Equity's Park Ave. Tower.


The Midtown office of CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  has arranged a 16,101 s/f office lease at Equity Office's Park Avenue Tower for Avista Capital Partners, a newly-formed private equity firm investing in the energy, healthcare and media industries.

The company will relocate its corporate offices to Park Avenue Tower located in Manhattan's Plaza District at 65 East 55th Street.

 Merchant Banking, Avista Capital will occupy the entire 18th floor of Park Avenue Tower, a 36-story, Class A office building just steps off Park Avenue between 55th and 56th Streets.

"We decided Park Avenue Tower was ideal for our client's corporate headquarters because it offered a combination of a great location, tremendous amenities and a hands-on ownership in Equity Office," said Nugent.

"We continue to see validation of our operating model in the midtown Manhattan submarket from leasing activity among small to midsized companies," said Don Huffner, senior vice president of Equity Office's New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 Region. "This model also allows us to offer valued customers like Avista the opportunity to grow strategically within our existing portfolio."

Situated in close proximity to Grand Central Terminal, Park Avenue Tower is surrounded by world-class hotels, restaurants, shopping and museums.
