Finance company takes shine to Westchester eyecatcher.

Strategies for Wealth Creation & Protection, an agency of the Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, has announced the company's plans for expansion and relocation within Westchester County.

The financial firm has committed to a long-term lease for 41,000 s/f at 800 Westchester Avenue, a Class A office building located in Rye Brook, New York.

William Cuddy, Paul Jacobs and Hilarie Siles of CB Richard Ellis' Westchester/Fairfield Office represented Strategies for Wealth Creation & Protection. Robert Caruso provided consulting services to the group. Glenn Walsh of Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner, RPW Group.

Strategies for Wealth Creation & Protection will occupy the remaining space of the 4th floor in the north wing of the Rye Brook trophy.

Relocating from a building located at 1025 Westchester Avenue in White Plains, NY, the financial firm expects to move into its new space by first quarter 2007.
