Fifteen iShares(R) Funds Move to the NYSE Arca.


SAN FRANCISCO -- Barclays Global Investors Barclays Global Investors is a subsidiary of British-based Barclays Bank which is in the investment management industry. It is the largest corporate money manager in the world, with over £936 billion (US$1.77 trillion) under management as of March 2006[1].  (BGI), a worldwide leader in exchange traded funds Exchange Traded Funds (ETF)

) to the NYSE Group. After the funds move on October 20th, 55 of the iShares Funds will have been transferred and, subject to certain contingencies such as applicable regulatory approvals, the 26 other iShares products will move in several phases which are anticipated to conclude in 2007.
